When something breaks or slows down, you investigate and fix it properly rather than patching around it. - Monitor environments to track performance, uptime, and resource usage. Responding and troubleshooting any issues that might arise. - Stay curious about what is happening in the industry. If there is a better way to do something, we want to hear about it. Bring ideas, run spikes and make the case. We’re open to changing how we work when there is a good reason to.
