We are seeking an Account Manager to establish, grow and maximise employer relationships and ensure suitable vacancies are sourced for Ingeus participants across the Birmingham region, with occasional cover at the Dudley office. The successful candidate will build relationships with employers, support recruitment starts and sustainability on the vacancies they provide, and maintain regular contact to generate repeat business. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing employers to generate vacancies for Ingeus participants. - Sell Ingeus recruitment services to employers using marketing and sales tools to source vacancies and opportunities. - Identify recruitment needs of each employer and ensure that pre-screens and group assessments are tailored to their specific needs. - Promote recruitment processes with employers, including web and face-to-face sessions, screening and shortlisting, and job offers. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recruitment processes and outcomes align with employer expectations. Qualifications: - Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Experience in a sales/target-driven environment. - Strong understanding of the local employment market. - Ability to present to clients in person and via digital platforms.
