Expert Sales Manager Defense (Internal and External Security) will be responsible for selling complex analytics software solutions to government agencies and organizations in the defense sector, focusing on Internal and External Security. Responsibilities include achieving revenue and earnings targets; identifying and developing new business opportunities; building and expanding the customer network; maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships; developing strategic partnerships at management level with key decision-makers; preparing tailored proposals and supporting tender analyses; presenting solutions and proposals to customers together with colleagues from the subject-matter domains and accompanying customer events; developing and implementing measures to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction; collaborating closely with project managers and domain experts; creating and executing sales strategies for the assigned account in cooperation with Sales, Product Management and Marketing; reporting directly to the Head of Business Development & Sales.
