Southern National Roofing is hiring a hands-on Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and grow our Talent Acquisition function. You will lead a small recruiting team responsible for hiring Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, Call Center Team Members, Canvassing Teams, and leadership roles across the organization. This is not a traditional corporate TA role; we want a builder who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and helping the organization grow. The successful candidate will lead by example, participate in the recruiting process when needed, and partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and improve outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will spend time with our sales teams, sales managers, canvassing leaders, and call center teams to gain firsthand insights into what separates top performers.
