Senior Product Manager – Vehicle Lending
Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of its direct and indirect vehicle lending products. This role focuses on delivering value to members, supporting loan growth, and maintaining regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Define and refine product strategy and roadmaps for direct and indirect vehicle lending across the full lifecycle, from concept through retirement.
- Lead end-to-end product development including business case creation, requirements definition, design, implementation, launch, and ongoing performance management.
- Partner with operations, technology, finance, risk management, marketing, and third-party partners to deliver features, programs, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct customer insights and market analysis to inform pricing, underwriting, channel enhancements, and lifecycle improvements.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and lifecycle metrics; identify risks, opportunities, and enhancement priorities.
- Maintain current knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; ensure products and processes comply with regulatory expectations and risk standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 10+ years of product/program/project management experience in vehicle lending within financial services, including at least five years in
