Role: As the HR Manager, you will play a foundational role in building our U.S. organization from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s people strategy, establishing HR operations and policies, supporting rapid growth, and creating a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will partner closely with leadership to build scalable HR processes, support managers, ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, and help establish the company as an employer of choice in the defense technology industry.
