As part of this role, you will lead Adyen's global nonprofit portfolio, including strategic partners, grantees, and the Goodstack partnership. You will develop and execute a scalable nonprofit partnership strategy, identify and cultivate high‑impact partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes for communities, customers and employees, and oversee Goodstack onboarding, verification and the Community Impact platform. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders responsible for Goodstack‑enabled products and help shape our emergency response strategy across product, grants and community programs to enable rapid crisis response while investing in resilience. You will standardize and improve the nonprofit experience across grant programs, strengthen governance and scalability, and represent Adyen with nonprofit leaders, customers and external forums to identify opportunities to strengthen our impact offering.
