Gallagher is seeking a Part Qualified Accountant to join the Treasury team in Glasgow, United Kingdom. This hybrid role offers study support to help you complete your accountancy qualification. You will contribute to month-end processes, reconciliations (general ledger, bank balances, control accounts, FX analysis, intercompany, and loan balances), and regulatory reporting, working closely with other Finance teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing journal entries, coordinating quarterly board pack submissions, supporting FCA/regulatory reporting, maintaining clear documentation, and assisting with acquisitions, integrations, and transition activities. You will provide accurate management information, support audits, and escalate issues to the Team Leader or Manager. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accountancy or Finance (or equivalent), is working toward or pursuing a formal qualification, and is proficient in Excel and finance systems, with strong stakeholder relationship skills and a proactive, results-driven approach.
