What you’ll be doing: - Support Launch Delivery Managers in delivering packaging and artwork projects from brief through to market launch. - Coordinate project plans, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communications. - Collaborate with production, artwork, and adaptive design teams to keep projects moving efficiently. - Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop opportunities. - Manage approval workflows and ensure projects stay on track. - Attend regular client meetings and site visits in Hemel Hempstead and Witham. - Support print trials and production activities. - Maintain accurate project, workload, and financial information. - Contribute to forecasting, resource planning, and ongoing process improvements.
