About the role

Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Hebrew-speaking Customer Success Renewals Representative for a hybrid role in Bucharest, Romania. This position focuses on renewing customer maintenance contracts in the assigned territory, quoting customers directly or through channel partners, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience to support retention and growth. You will upsell premium services and identify add-on opportunities to maximize revenue.

What You’ll Do - Overachieve quota tied to renewal and expansion goals for the territory - Effectively manage the annual renewal pipeline, contacting customers four months (or more) before expiration to perform experience assessments and environment health checks - Identify stakeholders at customers and partners, and work backwards to deliver value - Contact customers with lapsed support to reactivate services - Collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal, Sales, and others to prepare special terms and NSQs - Clearly communicate and sell complex offers internally and externally - Provide accurate forecasting, business analysis, and insights - Assist customers with licensing transfers and guidance on opening and following up on support tickets to ensure satisfactory resolution - Support Veeam’s channel partners to close renewals and additional licenses - Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce.com and uphold data hygiene - Manage inbound renewal inquiries across various renewal portals - Prioritize workload to meet KPIs, goals, and objectives; meet daily/weekly SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction -
