Winpak Lane Inc. is seeking a hands-on Machining Team Lead to guide second-shift operations at our Rialto, California facility. This role coordinates daily workflow, supports CNC machining staff, and helps the team deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities - Lead shift startup and handoff, reviewing safety, quality, staffing, equipment status, and production priorities. - Assign employees to machines and jobs based on qualifications, workload, and available resources. - Confirm drawings, materials, programs, tooling, fixtures, and inspection requirements are ready before work begins. - Monitor safety practices, schedule attainment, machine loading, downtime, scrap, and workflow; adjust priorities as needed. - Support first-article and in-process inspections and coordinate containment and escalation of nonconforming product. - Provide first-level technical support for CNC setups, offsets, tooling, program edits, alarms, and machining issues. - Coach employees on safety, quality, productivity, teamwork, attendance, and standard work; support onboarding and cross-training. - Maintain accurate production, labor, material, work-order, and shift-handoff records in company systems. - Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Material Handling, and Assembly while remaining hands-on in production as workload permits.
