Senior Recruiter for Pharma R&D based in Warsaw, Poland. Work Setup: Remote or Hybrid – three days per week at the client site located at Rondo Ignacego Daszyńskiego 1, 00-843 Warszawa, Poland. Language requirements: English and Polish fluent are essential. Start date: August 24, 2026. Duties and responsibilities include leading intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies, evaluating candidate profiles against requirements, delivering strong candidate slates, building talent pipelines, keeping candidates engaged with timely updates, partnering with hiring leaders to determine offers using market data, and mentoring recruiters and other team members. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience); significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings; familiarity with ATS (Workday) and social media tools; knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition; pharmaceutical R&D experience; self-starter, naturally curious, consulting skills and ability to drive processes; knowledge of Polish recruiting laws; experience sourcing with various tools.
