You will receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections; plan telemarketing and prospecting objectives; coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations; provide support to the Outside Sales team; and adhere to pricing guidelines and policies. The ideal candidate has frontline customer service and sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials, is computer proficient, and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication, plus the ability to learn and retain large amounts of product information.
