ANM is seeking a Client Support Engineer IV for on-site work in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, United States. This role is the primary escalation point for client support issues within ANM’s Managed Services organization, providing advanced networking and security expertise and directing guidance to Tier 2 and Service Desk teams.

Key responsibilities: - Provide diagnostic and resolution support for priority incidents and lead root cause analysis, including documenting findings. - Mentor Tier 2 and Service Desk staff by delivering technical guidance. - Evaluate client environments and recommend optimizations. - Resolve escalated incidents beyond Tier 2 capabilities in a timely manner. - Participate in project activities and create/maintain SOPs and documentation.

Qualifications: - Professional Cisco certifications (CCNP Enterprise, Security, or Data Center) required; CCIE (Security, Enterprise, or Data Center) preferred. - ITIL Foundation or higher preferred. - 7+ years of experience with routing and switching. - Proficiency with at least three of the following technologies for seven+ years: ISE, Palo Alto (and Prisma), FMC/FTD, Cisco SD-Access, Cisco SD-WAN, AWS or Azure, Meraki, and automation (Python/Ansible). - Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills; ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations. Travel is occasional. A valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance are required.
