About the role

Forward Networks is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, ensuring they maximize value from our network visibility and security platform while achieving high satisfaction and retention. The TAM will drive adoption, identify growth opportunities, and align our technology with customers' business goals, providing guidance, best practices, and insights throughout the customer lifecycle. This is an on-site role based in Maryland, United States.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
Drive product adoption and value realization, helping customers achieve their business objectives.
Develop and execute strategic account plans, identify expansion opportunities, and grow platform usage.
Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams; relay feedback and influence feature development.
Lead onboarding and training to ensure customers quickly become proficient with the platform.
Monitor customer health metrics; develop success plans and provide data-driven reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product management to align customer needs and drive mutual success.
Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, or similar roles in the technolog
