Decathlon Digital is seeking an apprenticeship based Digital Project Manager for the Ship&Back team in Lille, France, to start in September or October 2026. You will deploy and optimize ecommerce transport and returns digital solutions that connect customers, stores, warehouses and carriers across more than 50 countries. Working with the Product Manager, you will deploy our back end return solutions, enable new return features such as autonomous returns at relay points and lockers via QR codes, and implement the reshipment workflow after delivery incidents. You will define and activate the B2B order return process in the warehouse, and prepare the roadmap and success metrics for integrating new return related features planned for early 2027. You will deploy within the Shipperbox delivery and returns platform and contribute to continuous improvement by auditing and enhancing deployment processes and exploring AI tools to improve operational efficiency. Across these responsibilities you will analyze business needs, manage the roadmap and prioritize initiatives by value, and keep stakeholders informed.
