Microsoft Security (MSEC) is seeking Principal and Senior Product Managers to shape and scale the Getting Customers Ready for AI initiative. This role sits at the intersection of AI transformation, security, and customer readiness, guiding enterprises to confidently and securely adopt AI at enterprise scale. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI readiness across domains including identity, devices, data, applications, infrastructure, governance, and overall security posture. You will partner across Engineering, Design, Research, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, Support, and other Product Management teams to translate customer needs and strategic priorities into coherent end-to-end product experiences, with influence across Microsoft Security and Microsoft 365 including engagement with senior leaders.

Collaborate with Engineering and Design to specify requirements, user experiences, and integrated capabilities, and ensure cohesive, end-to-end experiences rather than fragmented solutions. Use qualitative and quantitative signals to measure performance and guide roadmaps; define telemetry, KPIs, and learning plans to assess adoption
