VEG, a fast-growing veterinary emergency care company, is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to serve as the IT Infrastructure team's senior technical owner of the ServiceNow platform. You will design, build, and scale enterprise solutions across ITSM, HRSD, Knowledge, and Virtual Agent. This is a deliberate new addition to the team, created to reduce single-point-of-failure risk and unlock a scalable roadmap that a single developer can no longer carry. You will act as VEG's primary technical voice for ServiceNow, guiding conversations with IT leadership, People, Operations, and Finance, and translating ambiguous cross-functional requirements into robust platform solutions. You own outcomes, not just tickets, and you'll write clean, well-tested, well-documented code, with the whole team relying on your work. You'll actively use AI tools like Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT as force multipliers, applying them with judgment and security considerations.
