HunaTek is seeking a Project Engineer/Project Manager to join our team. In this on-site role, you will support the project management team on the job site by editing and updating required project documentation and interacting with the client on a day-to-day basis under the direction of the project manager.

Essential Job Functions: - Support overall performance, safety, and quality compliance as defined by the client and contract. - Support on-time and on-budget delivery of projects. - Update and maintain the project plan, align resources, manage deliverable deadlines, and oversee contract management to maintain cost control, schedule, and quality of all activities. - Track progress of large complex projects or multiple smaller-scale projects. - Contribute to project schedules, budgets and expenditures, final reports, and coordinate all project notifications. - Contribute to the maintenance of financial management plans, including cost analysis and forecasting for resources and services. - Provide programmatic support to clients, including administrative coordination and support of timelines. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and provide strategic advice and recommendations for financial and resource management efforts. - Collaborate with clients to resolve issues, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with financial and resource services. - Coordinate with in-house resources for the establishment of subcontracts, purchase orders, etc.
