Job Purpose: The BOH Lead is responsible for daily kitchen operations, ensuring recipe standards and hospitality for guests. The role opens and closes the venue following standard procedures, conducts line checks and visual inspections during service, and supports management, staff, and guest requests as needed. The BOH Lead also helps create and maintain a positive atmosphere in the kitchen and may assist in supervising the culinary team in the absence of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. No direct reports are required, but supervisory responsibilities may be needed.
