The Project Manager will carry profit and loss responsibility for assigned project contracts and customer accounts, ensuring projects are executed safely, with the highest quality, and at cost efficiency. Responsibilities include: account management and client satisfaction; evaluating bids, material buyouts, and negotiation opportunities; coordinating with cross-functional teams; and timely reporting to senior leadership on significant issues with recommended solutions. In project planning, you will collaborate with the Preconstruction and Project Support groups to maximize profitability, lead kickoff meetings, and prepare labor cost analyses. In Office Project Management, you will manage projects per Alterman procedures, handle startup tasks, budgeting, cost entry, scheduling, contract interpretation, and change proposals; support billing projections. In Project Development, you will lead project review meetings, prepare documentation, maintain project schedules, coordinate procurement, and ensure proper closeout procedures. In Field Project Management, you will attend on-site meetings, track costs, review shop drawings, arrange supervision, and help maintain labor budgets. You will supervise direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and help establish processes. Additional duties as assigned.
