The analyst will own core forecasting and budgeting workstreams, lead cross-functional collaboration, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include managing close/forecast/budget processes with Accounting and business partners, developing forecasts with stakeholders, analyzing drivers, risks, and opportunities; owning and evolving financial reporting processes to provide timely KPI insights; supporting strategic initiatives through profitability analysis and capital allocation optimization; and leading ad hoc analyses for business cases. The position requires six days per month in the Bolingbrook, IL office. Qualifications include an undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Statistics/Math, 5+ years of experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, Power BI is a plus, and experience with budgeting and forecasting; experience in retail finance is a plus. Salary range is $77,600 - $106,600 per year, with eligibility for bonus and benefits.
