BDO is seeking a Software Engineer II (Full Stack) to analyze internal user needs and design, build, and maintain web applications and integration points. Responsibilities include designing operational processes for new technology programs, benchmarking performance under heavy loads, documenting systems, clarifying design requirements with business stakeholders, coordinating technical efforts related to system issues and server replacements, developing strategic plans to keep systems operational, and mentoring junior developers. The candidate may serve as technical lead on large IT projects and provide after-hours support as needed. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (preferred) and five or more years of experience with C#, ASP.NET (MVC/MVVM), SQL Server, SharePoint, JavaScript/TypeScript/Angular, Kentico, and Dynamics 365, plus experience leading IT projects. Certifications in Microsoft MTA or MCSD are preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines. This on-site role is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States.
