About the role
Cascade Engineering Services is seeking a Regulatory Certifications Program Manager based in Redmond, WA, United States, to lead international regulatory certifications for hardware products in EMC, RF, and Safety. The role sits within the Global Certifications team and focuses on obtaining regulatory approvals to enable worldwide product launches.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Obtain international regulatory certifications for EMC, Radio, and Safety to enable product launches in international markets.
- Track and interpret changes to international EMC, Radio, and Safety standards and apply them to products based on technology and jurisdiction.
- Manage product user documentation, labeling, and packaging updates resulting from regulatory changes.
- Maintain compliance for existing products to sustain market access.
- Coordinate and prepare required compliance documentation for regulatory submissions and prepare Declarations of Conformity (DoC) for product self-declarations.
- Collaborate with EMC, Radio & Safety Subject Matter Experts, external regulatory labs and agencies, Product Development Engineers, Product Planners, Marketing, User Assistance, Global subsidiaries, and Legal & Localization to meet global technical and legal requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in International Regulatory Certifications for EMC, Radio & Safety compliance.
- Ability to interpret electro-technical international regulatory requirements for EMC, Radio & Safety for consumer electronics in markets including US, Canada
