Envolve Client Services Group manages apartment communities across the southeastern United States. We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join the La Vista property in San Marcos, Texas. The role supports on-site management, including supervision of maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping, while assisting the Community Manager with leasing, resident relations, and reporting. Primary duties include supervising on-site staff, monitoring market conditions, preparing weekly activity and financial reports, processing rental applications, and assisting with renewals and resident communications. The successful candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), 1–2 years of property management experience, and 1–3 years in leasing, hospitality, or customer service. Strong communication, budgeting skills, and the ability to multitask are essential, as is the capacity to assume Manager responsibilities in the absence of the Manager. The position is on-site at La Vista in San Marcos, Texas, United States. Compensation is $22.00–$25.00 per hour.
