You will work with employees, the People Operations team, and external legal counsel to manage immigration and international travel programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Immigration responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for immigration inquiries, assessing employee needs and visa options (e.g., H-1B, O-1, TN, PERM), preparing and reviewing applications in collaboration with external counsel, tracking case progress and deadlines, maintaining accurate employee immigration files, staying up-to-date on changes in U.S. immigration laws, developing internal resources, assisting with onboarding of foreign national employees, and conducting internal audits to ensure policy adherence.
