This on-site, United States-based role oversees a team of recruiters and partners with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to attract, hire, and retain top talent. The position is based in Janesville, Wisconsin. Key responsibilities include Talent Acquisition Leadership, Workforce Strategy & Talent Planning, Business Partnership, Recruiting Operations, Talent Technology & Analytics, and Employer Brand & Candidate Experience. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business areas, optimize processes, and use ATS and analytic insights to improve outcomes and drive a positive candidate experience. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience; 2–3 years of people leadership; experience recruiting for corporate, operations, distribution, and retail environments; and knowledge of employment branding and recruitment marketing. Compensation includes base pay starting between $77,000 and $90,000 per year, with final salary based on experience and location.
