The Associate Director, Client Services - Account Executive oversees planning, execution, issue resolution, and day-to-day account management for a high-profile but limited client portfolio in the PBM market, including Employer Groups, Public Entities, and Labor/Union. The role leads cross-functional collaboration to develop standard operating procedures and best practices in support of Account Executives and PBM Services, enabling efficient operations at scale in accordance with Judi Health policies. This position may supervise Account Executives and other PBM account management team members and reports to Director or Senior Director-level supervisors in the PBM vertical.
