This role is essential for shaping how we manage compliance and risk through data by building robust data pipelines to support continuous control monitoring and by turning insights into strategic opportunities within Wise's secure and compliant framework. You will develop, optimise, and maintain data pipelines using Python, REST APIs, DBT, and Airflow to ensure seamless data flow for compliance and risk management. You will partner with control owners across security domains (such as Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Data Governance) to translate abstract compliance and testing requirements into concrete, measurable metrics, SLAs, and dashboards. You will define KPIs with stakeholders to monitor IT systems' compliance and risk, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. You will identify opportunities to enhance compliance processes, mitigate risks, and drive efficiency across the organisation. Requirements: Proficient in Python; experience with DBT and Airflow; REST API data integrations; SQL; experience with Looker, Superset, PowerBI, or Tableau. Bonus: familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST; knowledge of continuous control monitoring. Compensation: GBP 75,000 – 115,000 per year. On-site in London, United Kingdom.
