In this role you will assist customers, answer questions, sell tires and wheels, process payments, and ensure products are attractively displayed. You will also contribute to setting sales goals and forecasting future sales, while continuously seeking ways to increase sales and improve customer service, and you will monitor competitors and support staff training. Relevant work experience in customer service or sales is helpful.
