As part of the Quality team, you will promote a culture of excellence by proactively solving quality issues, ensuring root causes are identified, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, supporting internal improvements and CAPAs, addressing customer and supplier concerns, and supporting new product introductions and product changes. You will conduct process audits across all areas of the business and work with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. The ideal candidate will have an HNC/HND or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Management, and hands-on experience in a manufacturing quality environment (preferably heavy or industrial). Familiarity with ISO 9001 is required, and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification is desirable but not essential. Proficiency with quality software/tools, MRPs, and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, RCA, and FMEA is valued.
