Lead regional OD referral engagement to support the LAL patient pipeline; co-own onboarding with CSs and measure time-to-first-implant.
Maintain CRM documentation for all accounts; conduct formal business reviews and identify bottlenecks to implement adoption-focused solutions.
Collaborate with CS and ASD to translate strategic priorities into territory activities and drive cross-functional execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; minimum 5 years of commercial or sales experience in ophthalmic/medical device/healthcare; premium IOLs or cataract workflow experience is a plus.
Strong commercial acumen; ability to interpret clinical and performance data; proven ability to plan and execute territory growth.
Knowledge of ophthalmic clinic/ASC operations; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple projects.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office; willingness to travel within Southeast US.
