Own cost accounting and fixed assets for RELICs, leased equipment, site deployments, and site infrastructure; collaborate with Project Operations and Inventory to maintain asset records.
Partner with Procurement to account for WIP, CapEx, overhead allocation, and production scaling.
Own end-to-end inventory accounting from raw materials to finished units deployed in the field; manage long-lead purchases and deposits.
Manage R&D, product development costs, prototyping, non-recurring engineering costs, and depreciation policy for units and site infrastructure.
Improve ERP workflows; keep QuickBooks Online and ERP in sync; evaluate and implement new systems as needed.
Strengthen controls and processes as volume grows; drive automation for multi-site operations.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; comfortable with lightweight ERP/MRP (Odoo or similar); ERP implementation/migration is a plus.
