About the role

Understand business requirements, map data from source to target systems, design and implement data transformation processes.
Work with clients in Cyprus and abroad to address core business challenges and solve complex data problems.
Coordinate client workshops, document business and data requirements, and translate into technical requirements and user stories.
Be part of cross-disciplinary agile teams with analysts, developers, data engineers, QA testers, business SMEs and Product Owners.

Lead playback sessions and scope/user story walkthroughs with client stakeholders.

Contribute to business case development and proposal preparation.

Create and present updates to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.

BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Data migration / data integration expertise, preferably within the insurance / financial services industry.
Data mapping and data analysis skills, ability to work with ERDs and database schemas.
Experience working with agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical knowledge of SQL and data profiling tools is advantageous.
Technical ETL tools knowledge is advantageous.
