Ensure cohesive, scalable, and future-proof solutions across a geographically distributed tribe with multiple squads.
Bridge business goals with technical execution and optimize the customer experience across millions of orders per day.
Collaborate with product, business, and tech teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver platform projects, optimization initiatives, and AI-enhanced features.
Develop end-to-end solutions from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring, leveraging AI tooling where it accelerates delivery.
Promote AI-augmented engineering by adopting AI coding assistants and LLM-based tools within the team's workflow.
Contribute to architecture evolution, process scaling, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving global tech organization.

7+ years of software development experience, including backend and frontend
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, troubleshooting, and best practices; ability to design and optimize scalable and reliable systems; experience with observability and monitoring
Hands-on experience with one or more cloud providers; experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases; ability to drive consensus and delivery through clear technical documentation (ARDs or RFCs)
Experience or curiosit
