Join The Social Sweethearts, a digital media and games company, as a Working Student in the Editorial team with a focus on content for an African-American audience. This hybrid role is based in Düsseldorf, Germany, and involves creating original visual content from scratch, using generative AI tools and image prompting to produce and improve content, and delivering content quickly while complying with policies. You will identify viral formats, adapt them for our audience, research social media trends and references, and adapt existing content to feel authentic to the African-American community. You will analyze basic performance KPIs and iterate based on results. The ideal candidate is enrolled at a German university (ideally in media, communication, linguistics, journalism, marketing, business, or related fields), has professional English, strong organizational skills, and experience creating content for an African-American audience. We offer a friendly, collaborative atmosphere and flexible home-office and remote work options, with the expectation of ideally coming to the office once a week.
