Social Sweethearts, a digital media and games company, is seeking a Working Student in the Editorial team to create content with a focus on the African-American audience. Responsibilities include creating original visual content from scratch, using generative AI tools and image prompting to produce and refine content, and ensuring all work complies with our policies. You will identify viral formats and adapt them for our audience, research social media trends and competitors, and tailor existing content to feel authentic to the African-American community. You will analyze basic performance KPIs and iterate based on results, and respond constructively to feedback to improve content. Qualifications include enrollment at a German university (ideally in media, communication, linguistics, journalism, marketing, business, or related field), strong English, and experience creating content for an African-American audience. You should be detail-oriented with a structured working style, have interest in digital content and editorial workflows, and be comfortable using AI tools for content creation, research, or analysis. You must be able to follow clear guidelines, possess basic analytical skills for working with performance data, and reliably handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
