About the role

As a Warehouse Operations Team Lead in Romeoville, Illinois, you will lead a warehouse operations team and coordinate with the CSR and Operations Supervisor to plan shipping schedules and labor for rework projects and cycle counts.

What you will be doing: - Track employee hours in assigned accounts and provide feedback. - Direct a warehouse team for one or more accounts. - Coordinate with Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules, labor requirements for rework projects, and cycle counts. - Unload inbound freight and move products to storage locations safely and efficiently. - Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of items are loaded. - Perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer and company standards.
