The role provides technical-administrative documentation support to the team that manages a large fleet of cranes and lifting devices, many of which are more than forty years old, making maintenance, repairs and revamping a continuous process. You will write and update procedures, work instructions and manuals; compile technical dossiers for maintenance, repair, replacement and revamping; develop change dossiers and track their administrative process; collect and process technical information from internal departments, suppliers and manufacturers; monitor version control, archiving and traceability of documentation; support the technician and work planners in the preparation and follow-up of projects; and act as the primary point of contact for all documentation matters.
