We are seeking an entry-level Technical Support Representative to help customers use our platform effectively. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance, guiding them through questions and troubleshooting to deliver a professional support experience. What You’ll Do: - Provide Tier 1 technical support to customers by phone, email, live chat, and other channels - Handle daily ticket volume and customer inquiries with clear communication - Diagnose software, computer performance, imaging, and other technical issues using internal resources - Assist with electronic prescription installation and setup; train doctors and office staff on the system - Help dental practices improve X-ray imaging quality - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed - Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system; manage tickets by urgency and impact - Build understanding of TDO’s software, services, and customer workflows; contribute to knowledge base updates - Participate in customer training activities and the Learning Lab as required What We’re Looking For: - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education - Strong customer service skills with active listening, patience, and professional phone communication - Ability to troubleshoot problems, gather rele
