Wayve is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Evaluation & Validation, based in London with a hybrid work arrangement. As part of the Simulation, Evaluation & Validation team, you will drive cross-team programs that prove the AI Driver is ready for the road—covering open and closed-loop simulation, the evaluation platform, synthetic data, critical-event pipelines, and behavior validation. Your programs will gate on-road releases, and your impact will be measured by release confidence, signal quality, and developer velocity. In collaboration with engineers and scientists across Autonomy, Science, Release, Product, and Safety, you will bring structure to a fast-moving, safety-critical space. A successful Technical Program Manager acts as a force multiplier, helping teams move faster and more effectively while maintaining focus on outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team programs spanning simulation, evaluation, and validation. Coordinate roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, and escalate with clear options. Tie platform delivery to measurable outcomes such as developer velocity, signal quality, cost per evaluation, time-to-insight, and validation credibility. Partner with Autonomy, Science, Release, Product, and Safety to define acceptance criteria and the validation that gates releases. Establish delivery rhythms, plan reviews, and communicate progress and risk to engineers, partners, and senior leaders.
