This is a money-movement product where licensing, compliance, and third-party rails are core constraints, not add-ons. We are AI-native by default, but AI is a means to improve outcomes: you will define what AI can decide, where humans stay in the loop, how it is evaluated, and what happens when uncertain. You will ship features behind flags and go live only after partner and regulatory gates clear. You will work with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance/Reconciliation to ensure correct money movement, security, latency, scalability, and recoverability. You will balance trade-offs between correctness, speed, cost, reliability and UX, defending your decisions to engineering, compliance, or operations leads. You will treat regulatory constraints—CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency and privacy—as first-class inputs and determine launch gates. Requirements include significant product leadership experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end, strong judgment under ambiguity, and the ability to navigate technical design discussions. Domain experience in regulated payments/remittance/insurance or demonstrated fast ramp is preferred, along with hands-on exposure to AI-enabled
