Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Grading Associates; participate in hiring, training, and addressing performance issues.
• Oversee item processing using a smartphone application and scanner: scan barcodes, carefully open boxes, match items to system entries, describe item conditions, photograph items for documentation, reseal boxes, and attach SKU labels.
• Ensure data entry accuracy in the mobile app and maintain attention to detail when matching items and describing conditions.
• Keep workspace clean and organized to maximize productivity; follow procedures to hit or exceed daily item processing quotas.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding discrepancies or issues.

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or production experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a smartphone and scan barcodes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and item documentation.
