Team Lead, Connectivity Operations is responsible for driving metrics, reporting, and the strategic coordination of day-to-day activities across the Connectivity Operations teams. Acting as the central hub for operational tracking and cross-team coordination, the Connectivity PM partners closely with team managers to offload administrative and project-tracking burdens, freeing leadership to focus on resource engagement, complex business escalations, team development, and strategic initiatives. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days remote) based in Schaumburg, IL, with eligibility to work from Secaucus, NJ; Lenexa, KS; Dallas, TX; or Tampa, FL. Salary range is $95,000 - $100,000 per year, and successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.
