The Team Lead supports store leadership, coaches Team Members, and owns the execution of merchandising areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs. The Team Lead is expected to be a top selling Team Member and to model selling behaviors while ensuring Legendary Service.

Responsibilities include maintaining regular attendance, working varied shifts, upholding safety, and driving customer engagement. Use A+ Coaching to develop Team Members, lead assigned teammates during shifts, and manage front-end, sales floor, recovery, and customer engagement routines. The role also involves operating cash registers and equipment, completing necessary documentation, obtaining required licenses or certifications, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include retail experience and/or farming/animal-related knowledge; supervisory experience preferred; must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Skills include basic computer literacy, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to read, write, and count accurately. Physical requirements include the ability to move and handle merchandise, operate store equipment, and travel as needed.
