- Actively contribute to recruitment strategy with the commercial and technical teams.
- Source candidates: post job ads, search and analyze applications.
- Conduct screenings: independently run phone interviews with selected candidates and present them to management after evaluation. You will monitor and participate in the follow-up of technical and personality tests.
- Close hires: manage feedback from candidates (positive and negative) and onboard new hires.
- You hold a degree from business school or university with a genuine appetite for digital.
- You have at least one year of experience recruiting IT profiles.
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Excellent written and spoken French.
- You are structured and organized.
