DNV Maritime's AI Centre of Excellence is seeking a motivated Summer Student Data Scientist for 2027 to contribute to real AI development projects and help deploy Python-based AI solutions to production. You will develop Python-based ML solutions, collaborate with domain experts, and support DNV’s global work processes. You will learn from experienced data scientists in a professional setting and benefit from a collaborative culture and social activities. The role is based at our Høvik office by the sea, which offers facilities such as an exercise centre, gym, and access to sailboats, kayaks, and tennis courts, with shuttle services to Skøyen, Lysaker and Sandvika. We have more than 30 activity groups and a kindergarten on site. This position targets 3rd and 4th year Bachelor or Master students in Computer Science / Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybernetics / Robotics, Physics or Mathematics.
