Structural Engineering Project Manager needed to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of structural engineering activities for large-scale data center and mission-critical infrastructure projects. You will act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, construction operations, consultants, customers, and project stakeholders to ensure structural designs are effectively integrated into project execution. Responsibilities include leading structural engineering coordination across all phases, reviewing drawings, calculations, specifications, BIM models, and other technical documentation for accuracy and constructability, supporting proposals and scope definitions, and identifying design risks while developing practical solutions. You will collaborate with civil, geotechnical, architectural, MEP, and construction teams to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget outcomes. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering with 5+ years of engineering, project management, or construction experience; Professional Engineer licensure or progression toward licensure is preferred. Travel up to 50% and a hybrid work arrangement based in Hubbard, Texas are expected.
