Hover is seeking a Staff Product Analyst to own the analytics behind the 3D and Estimates experiences. The role partners with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Data Science to ground product decisions in data and to diagnose why the flow from 3D model to Estimates underperforms. You will define the measurement framework, build our experimentation practice from scratch, and work with senior product and engineering leaders to shape the roadmap. Responsibilities include scoping questions, performing data work, building dashboards, designing and analyzing experiments (A/B and quasi-experiments), and communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences. Your background should include 7+ years in product analytics or related roles, expert SQL, hands-on experimentation ownership, familiarity with modern data stacks (dbt, Snowflake, Hex) and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel), and experience with Segment and Split. This is a hybrid role based in the United States with Hover hubs in San Francisco and New York City; employees within a 50-mile radius are expected to come into the local office at least three times per week.
