About the Role We are looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to solve complex, cross-team technical challenges, set architectural direction, and act as a force multiplier across our engineering organization. You will translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps, lead execution, and champion AI-augmented development practices. You will scale our GenAI applications while tackling backend architecture, system design, and cloud infrastructure. The role will primarily use Python or TypeScript, depending on team needs; strong fundamentals and the ability to learn new languages and tooling are what matter most.
